Our Story
As the name goes, this is a global (globe) ministry not just a local church ministry, cutting across multicultural races.
Global Faith Revival Missions is an interdenominational mandate that breaks church walls to reach out to the world and the body of Christ as a whole not just the local church. As Jesus said in John 7:37-38 KJV In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. [38] He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. This invitation and promise of a revival was made to “any man“. We at Global Faith Revival Missions we have a clear mandate targeted at any man that needs revival in these end times (the individual; homes; the communities; cities; and nations). We perceive strongly that God has sent us to revive man and woman that are down trodden across the nations regardless of race and culture.
It’s a mandate that clearly seeks to carry and spread the message of faith; revival; and salvation to the dying world and the church of Jesus Christ.
This ministry seeks to build, equip, and empower man and woman that will carry faith and revival across the globe through various missions work clearly spelt out in our Vision and Mission document.
History
The ministry vision was conceived over a period of many years and fully came to light in July 2023 after God’s clear instruction to the visionary to start a ministry.
Our Visionary and Founder Reverend Talent Takaruza knew God had called him into the ministry since 1998 at the first instance of being saved while at high school, though the conception of a ministry was not yet mentioned here. In November 2011 the Lord spoke him in a vision about John 1:29 and that would become the ministry’s foundation. In 2021 the Lord again spoke to Reverend Takaruza about a revival ministry. This did not make sense much as there was no clarity of direction on how it would be executed but it had partly become clear that he would have to somehow leave the ministry he was currently saving under (Harvest House International Church), where he had been raised for many years and become a leader having successfully revived two (2) major assemblies; planted churches and raised leaders under his ministry.
In 2023 the Lord opened a a door for them as a family to relocate from their native country as a family to England in the United Kingdom. This was a very difficult time for both Reverend and his wife as this entailed leaving a vibrant church they cherished and the church building projects that they were already undertaking, as well as his honourable job as an Operations Manager for an Oil Company in his native country. Breaking these relationships was going to be tough. However, obedience to the will is better than sacrifice: God helped them to go. This would mark a major turning point as Reverend Takaruza knew in his heart that the Lord was sending him to the United Kingdom as a missionary and by divine providence four (4) man of God at different intervals spoke him into this missionary work. Finally, in July 2023 through a divine encounter the Lord spoke to His servant to start a ministry. This led to his official resignation from Harvest House International Church and as such we are here. Friday 10 May 2024 GRFM Ministry was officially launched.
